For our local clients within Pakistan, we are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders.

For international clients, the delivery charges will vary based on the destination. Once your order is placed, the total charge, including delivery, will be calculated and sent to you via WhatsApp chat for your confirmation.

The estimated delivery time for each destination will vary, adhering to standard schedules, and shipping charges (where applicable) will be based on the rates set by the courier service.

Upon dispatch, ArtKaam will provide you with tracking information, enabling you to monitor the delivery status through the courier’s tracking system. This information will be shared in the WhatsApp chat.

Please be aware that deliveries may experience delays during peak times, such as holidays or high-demand periods. While we strive for prompt service, ArtKaam cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Any concerns or disputes related to the delivery should be addressed directly with the courier provider, as ArtKaam is not liable for delays beyond the estimated timeframes.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, the responsibility for any loss or damage to the products shifts to you as the buyer. A shipment confirmation message will be sent upon dispatch, marking the transfer of responsibility.
